The set comes with 4 blocks of each level of resistance. I haven't noticed any wear and tear on these yet, but it's nice to have a backup set if I lose a piece or they wear out. These are perfect to use when I'm sitting around watching TV, driving, or doing work on my computer. My jaw has been sore after using these, so I know something's working. The instruction booklet shows you which exercises to do depending on what looking you're wanting. It's not a replacement for losing weight in the face, but it does help give better definition to what's there!

I have been using this exersiser for 2 weeks, now. Well... it's great. It works out the jaw and facial muscles very well. It takes some effort, but one builds stamina quite fast.
I find it also reliefs stress, cravings and because of increased blood flow to the face, you look better.
My chin is firming up already, cheekbones firming up.... all in 2 weeks and 2 x 5 mins a day.

This item came in a nice box with instructions, each jaw block came individually packaged. I can appreciate clean, concise packaging and instructions. As for the validity of the product, it has certainly been working for me. I have a lot of tension in my jaw and a bit of a double chin, so my goal was to relieve the pain, strengthen my jaw and hopefully define my jaw line. I can’t tell if it has changed anything for me visibly, but I know it has helped with the jaw weakness I was feeling. If you this out, make sure to read the directions carefully prior to using the blocks in order to make sure they’re right for you.

I have been using this jaw exerciser for about two weeks now, and I am really pleased with it. The delivery for this item was quick and I can see results already even though it has only been two weeks. The instructions are easy to follow and the exerciser comes in a well presented case. I must say I'm really impressed with this jaw exerciser, came really quickly and I started using it straight away.
I followed the instructions for the slim and tone plan as I'm trying to get rid of my double chin and it is working very well so far. I know its only been a week however its making a difference to the strength of my jaw, it feels a lot tighter and just all round better. The case is a nice touch as well. I'll be sure to keep using it and will update this after further use

I was looking for something similar for a while without success. I have not doubt it will work, the other products on the market are just for the front teeth, may cause trouble and misalignment down the road, but not this one, you use your entire teeth, it fits perfectly on my mouth, but if it does not in yours, you may call customer service and will guide you on how to trim it to your size.

The jaw exerciser labelled 'Unhealthy', is very much so due to the product only fitting on the front teeth.
