Made for Full-Jaw Training

Unlike chewing gum or other jaw exercisers, our jaw exerciser features a full-arch design that distributes force across the entire bite. This allows for balanced resistance during training and helps create a more natural biting motion.

Why Full-Arch Matters

Most jaw exercisers concentrate force on a small section of the bite. Our full-arch design is engineered differently.
During use, the back teeth make first contact with the rear portion of the exerciser. As the mouth closes further, the remaining teeth progressively engage, distributing force across the full bite.
The open-front design allows users to achieve a more complete bite compared to closed designs. This enables fuller engagement of the jaw muscles throughout the biting motion.

Muscles Effected

1. Major Muscles Activated

The masseter, medial pterygoid, and temporalis are the primary muscles activated by our jaw exerciser. Responsible for bite strength, jaw closing, and stability, these muscles receive the greatest resistance load and are most associated with increased bite force and jaw muscle development. Major activation muscles are highlighted in red.

2. Moderate Muscles Activated

The lateral pterygoid and suprahyoid muscle group are moderately activated during exercise. These muscles assist with jaw movement, stabilization, and soft tissue control, providing important support during chewing motions and sustained resistance training. Moderate activation muscles are highlighted in orange.

3. Minor Muscles Activated

The orbicularis oris, buccinator, and platysma receive minor activation during exercise. These muscles assist with facial expression, soft tissue stabilization, and postural support, experiencing indirect activation during clenching and resistance training. Minor activation muscles are highlighted in green.

Bite Guards

We provide the only jaw exerciser with integrated bite guards designed to protect the device from direct tooth contact and jaw pressure. Acting as a protective barrier, these bite guards help reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the exerciser. Unlike most jaw exercisers that can break within weeks, ours are built to last significantly longerโ€”typically between 12+ months for casual users and 6+ months for advanced users.
