60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our jaw exerciser, which is why every order is protected by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
How Refunds Work
We offer two refund options depending on product use:
If the product has been used:
- A clear photo of the jaw exerciser cut into four pieces (cut in half, then each half cut in half again)
- A clear photo of the bite guards cut into four pieces in the same way
Once verified, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the product has not been used:
- The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of used products. You do not need to send anything back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ogsjawexerciserco.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
